For cyclists:

  • Check equipment: Before starting, check the brakes and tire pressure (our staff does this daily, but an extra check doesn't hurt!).

  • Helmet protects the head: We recommend using a protective helmet, especially for children and minors.

  • Adjust speed: Promenades are often filled with pedestrians – be careful and reduce speed near beaches and hotels.

  • Lock the bike: During every stop, use the provided lock to secure the bike.

For electric scooter riders:

  • One person - one scooter: Scooters are designed exclusively for one person. Riding in pairs is unsafe and prohibited.

  • Watch the surface: Avoid sand, wet surfaces and high curbs to maintain stability.

  • Pedestrian zones: In zones with many pedestrians, if necessary, dismount and push the scooter for a short time for general safety.

  • Start slowly: If this is your first time on an electric scooter, start with a light press on the acceleration until you get a feel for balance.

  • Where exactly are you located?

    We are located on the beach within the Plava Laguna resort, specifically in the Laguna Galijot bay. You can reach us on foot by the sea promenade, by bike or by the tourist train that connects Poreč and Plava Laguna.

  • What are the opening hours of the center?

    We are open daily during the summer season (usually from May to October). Standard working hours are from 09:00 to 19:00, but they may vary depending on weather conditions and the part of the season.

  • Do you accept cards?

    Yes, in our center you can pay with cash (EUR) and all major debit and credit cards.

  • What if the weather suddenly spoils while I am at sea or plan to be?

    Your safety is our priority. Our staff constantly monitors the weather forecast. In case of strong wind or storm, we temporarily suspend rentals and instruct those at sea to return quickly to base.

  • Is it mandatory to wear a life jacket?

    Yes, life jackets are mandatory for all users of water sports, regardless of swimming skills. Life jackets are included in the rental price.

  • Can I book a tennis court in advance?

    Certainly! We recommend booking at least a day earlier, especially for morning slots and slots after 17:00, which are the most sought after due to more pleasant temperatures.

  • Do you rent equipment for children?

    Yes, we have children's bikes, as well as smaller rackets for tennis and table tennis, so the whole family can enjoy the activities.

  • Do I need a license to rent a boat?

    To operate motorboats in Croatia, a valid boat leader's license is mandatory. If you don't have one, you can rent a boat with our professional skipper.
